Pillow is proud to present this perfectly located, characterful, split level, 2 double bed apartment with direct access to the beautiful Sandgate Beach in Folkstone.
Set over ground and basement levels, the property has a spacious open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. The lounge has a large flat screen TV. The delightful open plan kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer. There is a spacious dining table for everyone to eat at.
Also on this floor is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite shower and a separate toilet. There is direct access to the outside from this bedroom.
Upstairs there is a further double bedroom - also with outside access, and bathroom.
The location of this property is ideal with Sandgate High Street to the front with its lovely quirky independent shops, restaurants, coffee shops and traditional pub and micro pubs. The back of the property backs onto the beautiful pebble beach - literally a stone's throw away and with direct access to it from the apartment entrance.
This apartment can also be booked in independently for 4 people. It available it can also be booked in conjunction with Sea View Sandgate opening up the whole house and sleeping 10 people.
There are many attractions nearby if you fancy a day away from the beach. Head to Hythe which is another popular town that has three golf courses, one along the seafront (Hythe Imperial) , a brilliant crazy golf (Cinderella) lovely high street full of independent shops and restaurants. Popular restaurants in Sandgate include Thai Luks and the Sandgate Vaults. Also the Ship Inn. Head to Folkestone where you can check out the Harbour Arm. For food you could head to the well known Rocksalt Restaurant. If you crave culture - discover the creative quarter and the old town. Folkestone has the world's only multi storey skate park - definitely worth a visit.
