Villa Donna Eleonora is a wonderful villa surrounded by one hectare of olive grove and with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa has four apartments, available during the summer period (from June to September).

Villa Donna Eleonora is made up of two areas: the upper area is reserved for the owners, while the lower area is reserved for all guests.

The external space of the villa is shared and can be used by guests in perfect autonomy: the external entrance, the parking area, the barbecue area, the laundry room and the external shower area.

However, each individual home has the private space where you can spend your moments of conviviality or relaxation.

In this listing we will refer to the STELLA MARINA apartment.

THE LOCATION

The villa is well located on the Ionian coast, and a few km from Santa Maria di Leuca and the Adriatic coast.

The Torre Vado beach is just a few minutes from the villa (800 m), in particular the seaside resort Pozzo Pasulo, which overlooks the enchanting Ionian coast.

Characterized by an easily accessible rocky coast, this small port represents a real corner of paradise for those who prefer uncrowded places. The center of Torre Vado and the golden beaches of the Maldives of Salento are just a 5-minute drive away.

To reach further services we recommend you take a trip to the towns of Patù or Morciano di Leuca, here you can find many other commercial activities (gyms, bakery, pharmacy, bank, shopping centres, etc.).

STELLA MARINA

Stella Marina is the largest of the Villa Donna Eleonora apartments, it can accommodate up to 6 guests and has:

- a large air-conditioned living room, with dining table, double sofa bed and complete kitchenette equipped with dishwasher;
- two bedrooms, one of which is double (air-conditioned) with a comfortable walk-in wardrobe and one with two single beds (with celeing fan);
- two bathrooms, one of which is complete with shower box;
- outdoor private space, equipped.

THE OUTDOOR AREA

All accommodations have external spaces for exclusive use, furnished with dining table and umbrella.

Furthermore, as anticipated, Villa Donna Eleonora has large outdoor spaces and shared services.

In fact, in addition to the main entrance, guests will share:

-the barbecue area;
-a comfortable shower area with hot water where you can refresh yourself when returning from the sea;
-large garden;
-and a laundry area with coin-operated washing machine.

NEARBY

Villa Donna Eleonora is located in Pozzo Pasulo, a seaside resort overlooking the Ionian coast which includes approximately the entire stretch of Torre Vado up to San Gregorio.

This corner of paradise is characterized by the presence of fresh water springs, which make the sea water particularly clear, full of fish and marine plants to discover.

A few minutes away you can reach the busiest beaches of Torre Vado (2 km) and Pescoluse (3 km) with the fine sand and equipped beaches.

Furthermore, in Torre Vado it is possible to practice various interesting activities, such as boat and pedal boat rental, boat tour and even scuba diving.

From the coastal road it is possible to easily reach further locations on the Ionian coast: San Gregorio (3.5 km), Felloniche (5 km), Pescoluse (3 km), Torre Pali (8.5 km) and Lido Marini (11 km ).

Finally, its proximity to Santa Maria di Leuca (9 km) makes it possible to reach easily the Adriatic coast to discover totally different coasts and landscapes.
