Brimming with character and charm around every corner, you'll be sure to appreciate the beautiful hardwood floors (original hardwoods on staircase and upstairs!), intricate moldings and wood detail, vintage fixtures, gorgeous 10' coffered ceilings, an abundance of windows, spacious living and dining areas, and multiple outdoor entertaining spaces! With over 3100 square feet, you'll find an incredible layout for entertaining with a large Formal Living Room flowing into the Formal Dining room and an eclectic, cozy sunroom off the back living area. Kitchen boasts a gas range, built in dishwasher, microwave, fridge, adorable butcher block topped island, and granite counters. You will also find a wine fridge and a coffee bar. Upstairs, you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms, a huge bathroom with a claw foot soaking tub/double vanities/granite counters, and a fun bonus room with wall to wall windows connecting to two of the bedrooms allowing you the perfect space for a game room, library, or office space. There is also a 4th bedroom downstairs. Secondary staircase off the sunroom leads up to the bonus room for added convenience. Step outside and enjoy multiple outdoor entertaining areas from the adorable front porch, covered patio area perfect for dinner parties, large BBQ courtyard space, and a firepit to cozy up around with friends and family! House has well manicured corner lot with private, fenced backyard and separate fenced front yard, great storage throughout, and private off-street parking through the side gate.
