About this house rental
Welcome to Lake Reflection Point! Our Luxe retreat boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, offering ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy breathtaking views of the tranquil lake and enjoy dining from the comfort of your gourmet kitchen. With close proximity to the charming village, guests can explore boutique shops and delectable dining options. Unwind on the spacious multi-level decks and soak in our hot tub. Please note there is no lake water access. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. The only access is the private trails surrounding the lake.
LAKE ARROWHEAD TRAIL ACCESS: We will register your group and have 2 ALA passes which allows 5 guests per pass (A total of 10) to access the private walking trails around the lake. Just to the left of our house there is a set of railroad ties which leads you to one of those access points to access the lake trails:). Once registered you will need to go to the ALA office to get your wristbands, they also have maps of access points, etc:). You must have our 2 lake passes along with wristbands for anyone accessing the lake trails.
The private beach clubs (Burnt Mill and Tavern Bay are private) and only accessible by the home owners. There is no public rentals. You can take a waterskiing class through the Mckenzie water ski school in the village.
EXTENDED DESCRIPTION BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom 1: This is a Master Suite on the 2nd floor. This has a King size bed, 43" TV over a working fireplace, complete with an over-sized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, separate walk in shower and a dry sauna
Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed. Shared bathroom with Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed and fold up twin mattress. Direct access to bathroom, also shared with Bedroom2. Bathroom has tub shower and large vanity.
Bedroom 4: This is the largest Master Suite located on the entirety of the 3rd floor. One King bed and one Queen bed complete with a fireplace, large walk-in closet converted to a hang-out lounge space, and a master bathroom with his and hers vanities and a marble and glass walk- through oversized shower.
Living Room- Large very comfortable sofa, 75" TV. Queen pull-out sleeper sofa. King Air mattress available upon request for additional sleeping in the bedrooms.
KITCHEN:
Gather all of your family and friends around this gourmet eat-in kitchen, fully stocked, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 5 burner gas range, and a large oven. Fireplace in the eat-in kitchen area. Unobstructed views of the lake!
LIVING:
Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have a very comfortable sofa, working fireplace, plenty of seating and a large 75"' Smart TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.
OUTSIDE:
The living room opens up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group. The beautifully landscaped backyard features an outdoor dining table, lounge seating, and a working BBQ.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster and blender.
KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
LAKE ACCESS: We will register your group and have 2 ALA passes which allows access to the Tavern Bay beach club and Burnt Mill beach club, the various private parks and the walking trails around the lake:)!.

Less than a 10 minute drive to Arrowhead Village and a short walk to the Lake!
GUEST ACCESS- Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee.
PARKING: Only 4 vehicles can be parked on site WITH ZERO street parking. We have ample parking for 4 large vehicles.
NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, our beach communities have a zero tolerance policy, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS: We're pet free other then certified emotional support or service animals (Please communicate if you plan on bringing your service/emotional support friend and would appreciate documentation after booking). We do allow some hypoallergenic breeds for a 150 per pet fee. Must be crated or supervised at all times.

The property was just as stated. All amenities works well. Very cute and spacious house to hang out with friends, play games, take in the fresh air, and enjoy the lake. The property manager was very attentive / flexible and kind and make sure that our group was taken care of and comfortable. Walkable to the market and the beach.
