It is renowned as a popular vacation spot, with its touristy center and nightlife, casinos, pubs, and clubs in the Paceville area. These apartments are all tastefully finished to commodity standards and are equipped with modern furnishings. Additionally, all properties have a balcony with street or in-land views and are furnished with outdoor facilities. The distance of the apartment from Swieqi to the airport is approximately 10 KM (a 16-minute drive).

This Studio Apartment has a spacious entrance layout and equipped with a TV, kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, mini fridge, microwave), small dining counter, providing ample space for relaxation and meals. The apartment has 4 single beds and 1 bunk bed, including a bathroom, NO balcony and suitable for 4 up to 6 guests (upon special request). This property also comes with a well-sized balcony with street views.

1. There is a government Ecotax charge to be paid upon arrival of €0.50 per person, per night.
2. Please note that the damage deposit of €150 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. Cards accepted. This is adjusted to €50 per person after the 5th person onwards. (Applies to bookings less than 1-month stay).

9. After check out cleaning fees for a monthly or long stay is 200 euros which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival
