Brand new kitchens, floors, windows, and appliances. These beautiful 1880 home has been completely remodeled top to bottom.
You'll have both houses for a total of 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Off-street parking is included.
Stay in the heart of Columbia-Tusculum, conveniently located minutes from downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Just a short drive from Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and the Cincinnati Museum Center. Easily walk or Uber to many local restaurants and bars, including Jeff Ruby's Precinct and Allyn's Cafe.
We don't live on-site but can quickly respond to any issues either ourselves or through our team of folks ready to help.
