A few minutes walk from the Aragonese Castle and the historic center of Otranto, Casa Wanda represents the ideal housing solution for those who want to spend their holiday in the heart of the city, moving easily on foot between the various restaurants, bars and shops in the center.
Casa Wanda is located on the second floor of a building in Via Antonio Primaldo 120 and right from the entrance to the house you can find functional furniture that gives guests pleasant sensations of comfort.
In the large open space overlooking the Otrantine countryside, we find the living area with table and six chairs and the lounge corner with 32-inch TV and double sofa bed. From this area you can access via an internal staircase to the large equipped terrace, the strong point of this housing solution, which allows you to spend relaxing moments outdoors having a Salento breakfast with coffee and pasticciotti or sipping a glass of good Negroamaro wine.
To access the sleeping area, you pass through the hallway that opens onto the two bedrooms, both double and overlooking the large balconies that run around the house. The house can accommodate 6/7 people. The main bathroom is on the house floor and is equipped with a washing machine and a bathtub while the second bathroom, on the terrace floor, has a shower.
The environment is made fresh and pleasant by the air conditioner in the house and the optimal arrangement of the windows allows excellent ventilation in the rooms.
