About this house rental
Situated on one of the best roads in Mumbles, with free on street parking. Kings View is a 5 minutes’ walk to the boutique shops, bars, and cafes and 10 minutes’ walk to Rotherslade beach.
This stylish family home has a lawned cottage garden with two terraces to enjoy all day sun.
Kings View has a separate cosy living room with a comfy double sofa bed. There is Sky TV and super-fast Sky broadband. There are three bedrooms and a large family bathroom. Great for families and dogs welcome!
Kings View is a lovely terrace townhouse that has been recently renovated with many original features. Close to the ‘top shops’ of Mumbles and within 10 minutes’ walk to the beaches at Rotherslade and Langland it is a perfect base to enjoy a relaxing seaside visit.
The main separate living room has two comfortable ‘Made’ sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. There is Sky TV with access to apps such as Netflix and Disney (login required) and a Sony PlayStation with two consoles. There are a selection of games, books, and magazines.
The light and airy open plan kitchen diner is very well equipped with pots, pans, and baking trays, for those who like to cook and entertain with a cake stand and selection of vases for special occasions. There are spices and herbs, a coffee grinder, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, double oven, gas hob, microwave, and lots of cookery books. There is also a highchair.
There is an extra table in the dining room that can be used to extend the glass dining table, the table has place settings for 8 (mats, coasters) with plenty of crockery, mugs champagne flutes and wine glasses. The dining area also has an office desk and is right next to the Wi-Fi. There is a bottle and wine cooler fridge under the stairs.
Upstairs, Bedroom 1, the master ‘plum’ bedroom overlooks the garden and has bay and castle views. There is a comfortable king-size divan bed with mink bedspread and cushions, a crushed velvet seat and headboard. The room has a large built-in wardrobe with extra duvets and a chest of drawers. There is a smart wall mounted LG TV which has SKY.
Bedroom 2 ‘the orange room’ overlooks the road and has a super king divan bed that can be made into two large 3ft singles (to be requested at booking). The bed has an orange bedspread and cushions and a chest of drawers with mirror.
Bedroom 3 ‘the blue room’ overlooks the road and has a double divan bed with mink bedspread, a bookshelf with a great selection of children’s books and fiction, large wardrobe with extra pillows and chest of drawers and mirror. There is a smart wall mounted Samsung TV.
The large family bathroom has a power shower situated over the bath, shelving to store toiletries and two hairdryers.
There is free super-fast SKY broadband
We offer hotel standard linen and towels which are replaced after each stay.
The property is set up to offer remote access with easy check in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed.
We also offer a 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
One small / medium well behaved dog is welcome as long as they are not left unattended and do not go upstairs or on the sofas. Should your dog have to use the garden, please ensure all dog mess is cleaned up immediately.
