The home has a ground floor bunkroom/recreation room/office and double garage, ascend the stairs to the main living area where you'll find a light and airy living room featuring a fireplace and beautiful natural light. On this level of the home, there is a full bath, state of the art kitchen, large dining area and a sun porch that spans the width of the home. Enjoy endless views and privacy of a mile of State Park preserve and the most stunning of sunsets! The kitchen has ample cabinet and counter space, granite countertops, an island and stainless appliances and a large pantry. The third floor features the Primary Suite with amazing natural light and views, a luxury spa-style Bathroom with walk-in shower, stand alone tub and double vanities, and a huge walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms are spacious, and two have an open deck to take in the sunsets, and park/gulf views.

Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free).
