The driveway has been recently fully paved. While the driveway is steep in some areas, 4WD is no longer needed.

Security camera details: There are 7 cameras on the eves of the home looking out. The rear deck and porches are not visible from any camera, but the stairs on both sides of the home are. The front porch is visible on the doorbell camera.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
