Mount Chiquita 10A is a luxurious 2BR/2BA condo with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and Marys Lake. Just a stone's throw away from Marys Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks.
The open living area features a queen sleeper sofa, recliner, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and magnificent mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six, a breakfast bar and everything needed for easy meal prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.
The master suite offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks. The guest bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with large bathtub.
Mount Chiquita 10A will keep guests warm in the winter with a cozy gas fireplace, and cool in the summer with central AC. Accommodating up to six people, this lovely condo is the perfect mountain home away from home.
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Only issue I had was finding the unit. We arrived late at night. Tried calling emergency number for assistance but no one ever called back. Definitely print the map of buildings beforehand.

The location of the condo was close to downtown Estes Park and close to a couple different entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo was clean and very well maintained. We didn’t cook very much, but it had all of the necessary items if we would have wanted to. It wasn’t big, but was very nice. We saw mule deer and elk several times in the complex. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again!

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights and had an excellent time. The condo was very clean, and the view was specular only one step to enter into the condo. Carol, the condo agent was extremely nice and helpful. We had one condo selected and paid for when the owners canceled on us and Carol informed us and selected another one (10A) which had as good or better views. The stay was great, the condo fantastic, view was incredible, and the location was perfect, close to town and to RMNP, and the price was very good. there was no negative experience's.

My husband and I stayed in 10A for our daughter's wedding in Estes Park in early November. It was perfect! The condo was immaculate, comfortable, and easy to use. The fireplace and hot tub are super simple to utilize with instructions listed clearly. The view was stunning; it never gets old to look at! The neighbors are close, but this is a corner unit condo which only allows for one neighbor, so it's not so bad. We hardly saw anyone while there; we were able to keep the blinds open and still felt private while enjoying the view. After driving around the area you will see that everyone has close neighbors, so in comparison, ours felt private enough. The shower in the Master Bedroom was great, never ran out of hot water. Parking was easy. Close to downtown Estes Park and RMNP entrance. I will defiantly stay here again when I return to the area. I would have had no concerns bringing my 5 & 6 y/o children here as well. Can't wait to do that!

The view is absolutely beautiful from this condo! The living room was comfortable and we used the fire place every night! I would definitely stay again!

The shower pipe in the small bathroom made a terrible noise every time. The blinds and lamps needed dusting. The small bed pillows are wore out and need to be replaced. Overall, it has a nice floor plan and has a great view. We liked that there were no steps. Would stay here again.

The location while wasn’t within walking distance but was east access to the park and downtown Estes. The location is a bit confusing to find the address but just took a few extra minutes. We did have an issue with the code to access the condo but phone was answered very quickly and the individual we spoke to was very nice and responsive. Would stay again. We also saw a herd of elk just outside the condo while enjoying the hot tub which was very cool!!!!!

Great location and Beautiful Views!! We were welcomed with a beautiful full double rainbow! We enjoyed our stay! We were able to enjoy views of the mountains and wildlife. The location was perfect for RMNP. Accommodations were comfortable, clean and perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. No complaints whatsoever! We enjoyed visiting RMNP and Estes Park.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The place was very clean and well stocked. Hot tub worked well, as did the community pool and hot tub. The property as a whole was quiet and easy to get to and from everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend this property.

This condo was very clean and was well maintained. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The surrounding area was beautiful and quiet. The kids enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. No grill, but there was enough kitchen supplies to cook on stove. Condo was only 8 minutes to Estes Park where we did several hikes and horseback riding. Also, the management company was very responsive when we couldnt figure out the door code. Would recommend for families.

We had a great experience at Mount Chiquita 10A. The condo was very clean upon arrival. We had everything we needed to get settled in. All of the appliances functioned as expected, and the master shower is very nice! The views off of the deck are incredible and even better than what we expected from the pictures. The private hot tub is even a little more private since this is an end unit and you're not surrounded by neighbors on all sides. Getting into the unit at check-in was a breeze with the provided access code. The condo was in a great location just outside of Estes Park. Easy access to RMNP, the scenic byway, and downtown Estes Park. The kids enjoyed going down to Mary's Lake to throw and climb rocks. Our only feedback: There was no handsoap (bar or pump) at any of the sinks at check-in, so we picked some up from Safeway. We arrived the day before Memorial and the website had said the heated pool would be open from Memorial to Labor Day. We called ahead of time to see if it would be open on Memorial Day for sure, and were told pending any crazy weather it would be. When we arrived the pool wasn't open and we were told June 1 it would be open. June 1 came and all that happened was they began to clean it out to get it ready. We felt they could have started the process sooner as we had beautiful weather while we were in town. Better communication would have helped as well. Overall our experience was great and we would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the view and the beautiful property. The hot tub is always a must for us. It’s awesome how the property includes a hot tube. We how the property has everything a home has including all cooking and silverware. We literally don’t have to bring anything because the property has it all. We come twice a year. We always look forward to our trips to Estes Park

The condo was very nice, and great to have easy free parking in the lot outside. There were plenty of towels for both the hot tub and the shower, and they provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other toiletries. The cleaning fee is STEEP, but overall, worth it.

Everything perfect for our stay at Estes Park. Unit was clean and very well equipped. Home away from home. Loved hot tub - very clean. Used it every day. Fireplace was great. Quiet with amazing views that were different every day. Could not have asked for better place to stay. Check in and out were both a breeze. You won’t reqret picking this spot for your Estes Park vaca.

Overall wonderful experience staying at this mountain condo. Great mountain views from the deck and hot tub, good lighting throughout the day and good evening bedroom lighting when the sun sets. Clean property that has most everythjng you could need to feel at home during your stay. We loved the fireplace and hot tub. Both worked great during our stay and the hot tub was clean. The original access code provided for the condo did not work but the property managers responded quickly with the correct code. Would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future!

We love staying at Mary’s Lake and this condo was no exception! Beautifully decorated and clean. My husband was impressed that they had spices for guests to use, as in some condos we rent you can’t even find salt!
Customer service was great when our door code didn’t work. They answered my text immediately and got us in the condo.
We accidentally left a toiletries bag in the condo with our kids’ retainers, glasses, etc and the cleaning crew turned it in and Sky Run shipped it back to us (for a cost, but cheaper than replacing retainers and glasses!)
Would definitely recommend!

My family loved this place! The area is well maintained & the condo itself was clean and spacious. The hot tub was clean and ready to go the moment we wanted to use it. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy. Laundry, fire place, large rooms the list goes on! We will be back for sure!

This property is exactly as described and more! Beautiful views, easy access, and the perfect amount of space to have plenty of room yet feel the coziness. Very adequately supplied with everything needed. Check-in for the property and all instructions were simple. We had a couple of inches of snow the last night we were there; but, no issues at all. The snow plow was their first thing in the morning scraping the roadways. Can't wait to visit again!

This condo was EXCEPTIONAL! We saw 80-100 elk within 40 feet of our condo the first two days. The view off of the patio couldnt be any more beautiful
mountains, Marys Lake, elk, deer, snow. It snowed around six inches overnight. The SkyRun crew cleaned off our walkway and our car windshields of snow. Hot tub was great! The only thing I might change was the size of the televisions
