Summary:
Summer House is a luxury high-rise in the heart of downtown Stamford. Work out in the state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga and barre studio, take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool, or relax in the resident lounge.

The Space:
Our pet-friendly apartments have beautiful kitchens with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, walk-in closets, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Guest Access:
After picking up your keys from the concierge, proceed to the elevators. On your keys you will find a brass tag with your apartment number on it. The first and/or second digit indicates your floor and the last 2 digits indicate your unit number (e.g. 1005 = Floor 10, Apt # 1005). You will find 2 keys on your key ring. Use the red key fob(not the one that says parking if applicable)to access your apartment by swiping it over the black box on the door handle. Please note to lock your apartment, you must swipe your fob on the reader. There will be a second set of keys left on the desk for you. The smaller key is for your mailbox, located in the lobby. Keep in mind, Main entrance doors will be locked 24 hours, please have fob at all times.

The downtown neighborhood in Stamford, surrounding Summer House, is a vibrant and bustling area with a plethora of exciting places to visit and things to do.
Enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many acclaimed restaurants, such as Barcelona Wine Bar or Cask Republic.
Explore the unique shops and boutiques along Bedford Street, offering a variety of fashion, home decor, and specialty items. Immerse yourself in the arts at the Stamford Center for the Arts, where you can catch a live performance or visit the art galleries.

Getting Around:
The Stamford Transportation Center, located nearby, offers easy access to Metro-North trains and local buses, making it effortless to explore the city and commute to neighboring areas.
Additionally, Stamford URBY's central location allows for walkability, with shops, restaurants, and amenities within close proximity.
For those who prefer to drive, major highways are easily accessible, providing convenient routes for commuting and exploring the wider region.
