The unit has a wall of windows that provides breathtaking oceanfront views of the Gulf of Mexico and is outfitted with seating for the entire family. The unit also features a massive balcony with great seating options to take in the sensational views of the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening!
Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 8 minutes away and the Marina is 4 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Sweet Home Alabama Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
Guest must be at least 21 years of age to gain access to this resort property and will be denied access upon arrival to the resort by the Security Gate, if under 21 years of age.
