About this house rental
SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations must pay a Security Bond of $1500.00 no later than the day prior to arrival.
CLEANING & LINEN FEES: All cleaning and linen fees must be paid when the reservation is made.

Modern, fully renovated, self contained, air-conditioned beachside Villa.
Enjoy views of pristine Moreton Bay and the stunning sunsets, snorkel the nearby wrecks or watch the dolphins at play.
The space
Sleeps 8 persons - King bed in main bedroom - 2 single beds in second bedroom - 2 sets of bunk beds in third bedroom.
All bedrooms are Air-conditioned (5:00pm to 5:00am)
Guest access
Guests are able to use swimming pools & BBQ facilities within the Resort.
Other things to note
• DOLPHIN FEEDING
Unfortunately as a private villa owner we are not formally part of the dolphin-feeding programme. Guests staying in the Private Villas can register to feed the dolphins on a standby basis, subject to availability, by calling at The Dolphin Centre or the Tour Desk after 11:00 on the day. If you cannot participate we do recommend that you watch.
Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.
