Remarkable home in great location. Every detail was thought of. Best mattress I have ever slept on traveling. It’s the little things that make this a terrific vacation spot. Bikes chairs games putting green and more. Highly recommend!!!

Our family has been coming to this area for years and this is by far the best home we’ve stayed in! The place was impeccable upon check in. There was a cute welcome gift on the table and even more “extras” than we knew including things like beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards etc. This makes it so much easier when you are flying in and don’t have room to bring all of those items. Even the storage area was organized and clean. The back yard is heaven for all ages! With a putting green, bags, ping pong and more there was something for everyone! Each room has its own bathroom which makes these so much easier when you are traveling with extended family. The bunk room was a huge hit for the 4 kids and was even stocked with games perfect for their ages! Kristy was so easy to contact with questions and checked in on us multiple times. The kids loved to be able to ride bikes around the circle there. The location is perfect because it’s easy to bike to downtown, walk across the street to the beach or to the shared pool. Some of our family was staying in a nearby house with a pool so we didn’t use the shared one but it looked like a nice setup for a change of scenery from the beach. Truly can’t say enough good things about this place. It felt like home for the week and we hope to be back soon!

Property fully equipped, supplied for beach fun and meal time. The corner lot is not ideal if you are there to have a good time. Very exposed to everyone walking by, day and night. Hard to keep music within the fence so 10pm noise ordinance was stressful ($1000 fine) Thankful to avoid it. Multiple calls from owner based on neighbors counting the number of individuals they saw or judgment about your time at the rental, added to stress. Trash will not be picked up if lid doesn't completely close and recycle cannot be bagged must be loose in bin or will not be picked up. Fully inspect house upon arrival and take pics incase needed upon departure. It is a beautiful house though.

This was our first time staying on OIB! The house was clean, the bedrooms were a great size, the kitchen was well appointed, & the view from the crow’s nest was spectacular. Hope to get back soon.

My family stayed in this house for our annual girl's trip. Ages ranged from infants to 70s. The layout of the house was perfect and it was wonderful to have a bathroom with every room. The kids loved the balconies. This house is perfect for families and groups. We loved it!

Property was clean and felt like home away from home. The bedrooms are separated so you can get away, but great living room area for all of us to hang out. It is in a great location to beach and downtown Ocean Isle. Owners responded quickly to questions. We highly recommend this property!

Everything about this house was perfect! All the beds were so comfortable, furnishing were top notch, the outdoor space was awesome for adults and children, and it was just a short walk to beach and pool! We have been vacationing to ocean isle beach for the past several years and this was by far the best house we have stayed! The owners were more than accommodating, we will definitely be back!

Very spacious house. There was 14 of us staying at the house for a week with plenty of space to move around and play games. The walking to the beach was quick and easy. We enjoyed the putting green (we actually had a putting tournament), corn hole, ping pong, and cards. Lots of parking, a great bar area and the crows nest was fun search the area with binoculars. The host was very quick to reply with any questions before, during and after our stay. I would definitely go back and stay.

This is the PERFECT Beach house. It is absolutely 100% user-friendly. Everything is modern and new. It has a very open living room and kitchen area so it is great for entertaining or having family get togethers. Each bedroom has its very own full bathroom, which makes it so convenient. You will be absolutely amazed with how large the rooms are. There is no cramped up feeling anywhere in this entire house. Parking underneath the house more than adequate. There is at least room for four cars and probably six which makes things so much easier carrying stuff in and out especially if it’s raining. Look no further, and feel very fortunate if this is a vacation home, you choose to stay in. The owners are exceptionally professional and polite. If you have a question, they will respond back to you within a matter of minutes. Thanks again for having my family and I look forward to doing business with you again.!!!! PERFECT BEACH RETREAT!!!!!

The house is lovely with a nice layout. The five bedrooms/bathrooms was exactly what we were looking for. A relatively short walk to the beach (beach access does have steps in case that's an issue for some). We cooked in most nights and the lack of water volume and pressure in the kitchen sink was a drawback for cleaning up. Several nice decks and a great rooftop crow's nest.

Perfect home ideally suited for families. Outstanding location just a three minute walk to the beach. Five minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Excellent host who was always available when we had questions. Highly recommend OIB and this property!

Great community & located just a block from the ocean. We loved the big dining table for meals & games, covered porch areas with comfortable seating, community pool & a bathroom for every bedroom. Owner communication awesome.

First class experience all the way. From booking to move in to check out, everything was flawless. Communication was simple and the stay could not have been easier. The home offers everything you could want...clean, updated, comfortable, convenient. And the location so close to the beach and everything Ocean Isle has to offer was perfect for our group. We would most certainly return on a next trip and hopefully when the weather is a bit warmer and we can enjoy the ocean along with the house! Thanks for a great stay!

Very comfortable, well-appointed home w/ 5 bedrooms, all with their own private bathrm. Open living/dining/kitchen area. Living was large and comfortable w/ plenty of seating. Lots of decks including a moon deck on top of the home that gave a great view of the island, stars, etc. kitchen was well-equipped. Could use some more wine glasses. Love all of the outside decks. Maybe add a better table and chairs for outdoor dining. These are just very small suggestions - the home was lovely and we would stay again. Oh, forgot - short walk to pool and beach. No golf cart needed!

House was roomy and attractive. We were very comfortable there. One suggestion would be more kitchen utensils. Neighbors behind us were noisy late into the night in their pool.

The only negative was small refrigerator but we brought a lot of food due to the Covid virus did not wanna take a chance of the stores being out of food that we needed
