About this house rental
Make memories at this unique and family-friendly home on Little Squam Lake. The home shares 2.3 acres and 585 feet of lake frontage with other rental cabins and suites on the property. There is a beautiful beach and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards, fire pits, a swing set and a swim raft. A perfect place for your family to enjoy any season!
Guests enter this home into the great room. A wall of windows facing the lake, vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace with a moose mounted above it are guest favorites! There is also a murphy bed that folds out of the wall in this room for extra guests. There is a 2nd living room with another fireplace, a Roku TV and beautiful lake views. A full kitchen, LARGE deck overlooking the lake, master bedroom and two full bathrooms (1 with laundry) round out the first floor. The 2nd floor has three private bedrooms.
Guests are also asked to leave the rental in a clean condition upon departure by washing all dishes and disposing of trash in the dumpster outside.
There are no pets allowed at this rental. If you would like to bring your pet on vacation with you, please consider renting one of our pet friendly suites, which are suites 1, 3, 4, 9 and 12.
Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be sent to the guest 24 hours prior to check-in.
Smoking is not permitted on the property.
Guests are encouraged to explore the outside portion of the property both on land and on the water. Please do not enter the basement or barn.

There is poor cell phone reception throughout the town of Holderness. When arriving, please connect to our high speed Wifi network which is called "The Boulders". There is no password to the Wifi

Our septic systems are fragile so PLEASE do not leave water running or flush anything that is not toilet paper, even if it says flushable.

We were greeted by our host upon arrival, he made sure to let us know to contact him if we needed anything. When we did, his responses were immediate and helpful.
Location was wonderful, and the lake was amazing. We fit our family and another in the house easily.
