Overall, this was a good experience but there are a few things the host should do for a better experience.
1. Cleanliness: the house smelled closed up and dirty. The walls around the doors and the doors were very dirty. There were dead bugs in the rental on arrival, as if it had not been cleaned or check on recently. The only carpet on the stairs was filthy.
2. Kitchen ammenities: There were none other than some leftover coffee I assume from other guests. There are no coffee cups. The plates and bowls were chipped. No pizza slicer.
3. Beds: The beds were comfortable. The pillows were cheap and lacked any 'fluff'. Bring your own pillows if possible.
4. Towels: smelled musty and were bad hotel grade
5. Soap- one bar for two bathrooms
6. Sofa- hard as a rock and dirty
Overall, while this place was fine in terms of location (near Fort Moore).I would not stay again. It did not have the feel of home or that the host tried to make it feel comfortable.
Walking in, the first thing I noticed was a bad smell (from the carpet? or maybe not used often). The cleanliness was not great. That, along with the smell and dirty carpet made me want to leave and book another place. I think the host can fix all the things mentioned, or improve them for future guests.
The host was great in terms of communication and we liked that there was a code on the door.

We really enjoyed our stay at the location. It is a great price for the location. It is seconds from a Piggly Wiggly and minutes from Ft. Moore. The place was clean and I had most of the items needed for a short stay. I would recommend them to anyone.
