About this house rental
This delightful newly remodeled cozy 2BR, 1BA home located in a quiet Bettendorf
neighborhood is equipped with everything you need for your stay and more. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and a starter set of coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and cappuccino for the Keurig. Enjoy relaxing in front of the Roku Smart TV with free high speed WiFi. The Hide-A-Bed couch located in the living room would allow up to 6 guests. There is also a fully fenced yard for pets and unlimited free parking.
The living room is the focal point of the house. It leads you to the hallway that serves as an entry way into either the kitchen, bathroom or the two bedrooms. The larger of the two bedrooms has a queen size bed.
The smaller bedroom has a full size bed. Both rooms have charging ports for your electronics, celling fans and closets. There is a desk set up in the smaller room for office space.
FREE PARKING! The street in front of the property is free. In addition, the alley way that leads to the back of the property can fit 3 cars on the paved driveway in front of the garage, and I offer free enclosed parking in the garage!
There is a paved walk way between the back of the property that leads you around to the front door of the property. The front door has an electronic combination lock (the code will be given to you before arrival). The side door can be used for entry and exit with a key that has been left on a hook by the back door. The dead bolt should be the way to secure that door at night or before leaving.

Please do not take any of the amenities provided to you throughout your stay home with you such as chargers, towels, games, etc.
Absolutely no smoking inside the house. If there's evidence of smoking, you will be charged a $250 fee.
All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.

PROPERTY ISSUES
Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.
HOUSE OPERATION
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.
The TV is a Smart TV. You can use and log into any app you'd like on the TV, just be sure to log out before you leave. We provide live cable using the Youtube TV app (not the YouTube app). Press the house icon button to get the the main screen to select other Smart TV apps such as Netflix. Select “YouTubeTV” (not the YouTube app) to watch our live cable tv channels. Use the back button to get to the guide and change live selections in YouTube TV.
We offer biweekly mowing service and snow removal when snowfall is greater than 2 inches. Please be mindful to keep the yard clear of trash and pet waste so our team can be most efficient.
This is a no-smoking property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a $250 fee if you smoke at the property.
Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor.
The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased at Public Goods' website.
We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $200 per repair.
TRASH
Trash pickup is every Wednesday. Recycling pickup is every other Wednesday. The bins are located in the back alley by the garage. Please move the bins to the edge of the alley by 6 am on trash pickup day.
If your trash becomes full, bagged trash can be disposed of in trash cans and recycling can be placed in the blue recycling bins found outside of the house. Do not leave excess trash on the street as the city trucks will not pick up overflowing trash or any trash that has been put in recycling bins.
PET RULES
Please do not let pets on the furniture inside or outside of the house. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fee. Please pick up after your pets in the yard. When walking pets in the neighborhood, we require you keep them on a leash at ALL times. Please keep in mind when you take your pet out that the yard is not fully fenced.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS
Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
When checking out, put the towels you used on the ground, so our cleaners know what you used and don't waste water and resources cleaning unused towels. Please place towels and sheets in one pile and comforters and quilts in a separate pile.
We ask that you wash any dishes and cookware you used and make sure to clean out the coffee maker.
Make sure to shut the door and lock it behind you. Should you leave before check out time, please let us know so our cleaners can get started.
