The serene setting allows for great relaxation while being close to many outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and climbing as well as downtown Woodland Park. Features a fully updated kitchen with all cooking amenities for easy meal preparation. Townhouse features keypad entry for easy and flexible self-check-in. It also features a full washer dryer set including laundry soap for guest use. Hi-speed WIFI connection and Roku TV included. Keurig coffee maker on-site with K-cups coffee and hot chocolate provided.
This is a split home and has full-time renters living in the basement below but there is no shared space. They have a separate entrance and are very respectful of our guests.
*****additional info - for the protection of guests and cleaners, the owner is following strict COVID cleaning guidelines set forth by Airbnb for cleaning and sanitation of property including frequently touched surfaces. We sanitize the very best we can.

The townhouse is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is surrounded by forest.

Please note- guests must climb stairs (approx 12 steps) to access townhouse.
Please note- downstairs unit is occupied by a long term tenant- this area is private.
Please park to the right side of the driveway.
Property is not suitable for wheelchair access.
**Please be reminded that Traction and Chain Laws are in effect. Your vehicle needs to be All Wheel Drive or 4x4 with good tires for snow or ice. A 4x2 will be okay as long as you have the chains just in case.**
-No smoking of any kind inside or near the house ($250 fine for smoking)
-No pets (allergies of the owner)
-Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am
-Extra Cleaning = Extra Charge
-Clean Grill after use with soap and water, extra charge of it is not cleaned.
-Reimbursement for shipping and handling fee charged sending home any forgotten items
-Parking a max of 3 vehicles on the driveway is allowed
-No Fires, No Feeding Wildlife, No Fireworks, No Recreational Shooting
