Rooms were an ice box when entering taking hours to get warm. A room should be set at 65 not 50. Check in staff were friendly and breakfast was ok

i understand that helene caused much disruption but advance notice that the property was under a boil water advisory would have been appreciated additionally, the front desk staff did not have clear information on what was available for dining considering the water issue. the shower stall in the room was had orange soap scum / mildew and the hand soap diaper set was empty. there was also some banging noise throughout the night. it was not up to expectations.

It was just what we needed as a stop when it was raining terribly as we were traveling home. This hotel was cozy and comfortable it had many options to choose from for snacks and drinks as well as a poll table in the lobby.

Absolutely fantastic! Glass shower with a door, plenty of space in the bathroom. Lots of outlets and places for phone charging. Big TV. Full length mirror. Breakfast was extensive, not the typical Continental breakfast. Anything you could imagine, and then some! So nice!

We stayed here for three nights. Not once was our room made up. At the end of the second day, I went to the front desk to request clean towels. They apologized and put a note to have our room attended the next day, but it was the same thing. I again had to go to the front desk for clean towels. The foyer and breakfast area was so cold you could sit there.

Clean comfortable bed, strong shower water flow, room also smell fresh and clean. I like the shower room very much as it has several hooks which allows hanging both clean and dirty clothes during shower. The soap dispensers on the walls make the bathroom organized and spacious. The shelf above the sink is a plus where I can access my facial care products easily without getting them wet nor have to move then in and out of the bathroom.

This hotel seems to be newer which is a plus but we were very disappointed that they did not have enough pillows for each person to have 2 and housekeeping is every other day. We did not know this in advance which would have been helpful information. We came back to the room after a long day of moving our child in to an apartment to find the beds still unmade and dirty towels and the trash cans still full. We would have made the beds before we left and would have gone to get towels if we had this information at check in. We called about extra pillows and they didn’t have any. On a posit note the gym is very well equipped.

Everything was ok ,except the thickness of the walls,I believe. Last year in april couldn't sleept,a poor guy beside my room was coughing for hours before falling asleep. This aug(2024) some guests with children checked in around midnight,and the next hour the children yelled and ran so loud that I couldn't sleep,so decided to call front desk and explain what was going on. It was quiet for 30 min then it started again,,.Took 2 sleeping pills which helped for the night but had trouble staying awake while driving the following day. Place is great,but will not stay there again.

Hotel and staff were great. Hotel rooms are a little tight - the room didn't have a closet and would be a little small for more than one person. But it was new and the bed was wonderful and all very clean. Would stay there again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property - it was easily accessible from the highway, had a Cracker Barrel in the adjacent property so there were meal options, a gas station across the street which made for a convenient stop before moving on to our next destination. Rooms were CLEAN, comfortable, and the tech was up to date (with streaming options on the tv). Breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of options, and the market in the lobby made for good snacking. Staff was very tentative and pleasant. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Tv was broken during Stanley cup finals! No TV! Night manager would not switch rooms for us even after being contacted by Expedia customer support. Also, at least 10 kids let out of their cages simultaneously right above us. Carpeting on floors is a noise reducer…the floors are laminate so you hear everything. Should have stayed at the old quality inn next door; would have been able to see the game AND get some sleep!

Beds, bedding and pillows very comfortable. Full size dispensers of hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were nice quality. Love the added touch of the ledge in the shower to aid us ladies in shaving our legs, you don't even realize how much that matters until you don't have it. The hot breakfast hit the spot with myself and my teen boys. Definitely would stay again. Brand new hotel, added bonus as there was no wear and tear.
