Relajante y natural

El sitio es súper bonito rodeado de naturaleza eso lo hace súper relajante. El personal era extremadamente amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento siempre con una sonrisa

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft die ruhig gelegen ist! Perfekt zum entspannen

Aber ruhig gelegene Unterkunft mit einem wunderschönen Pool mit Blick auf die Natur. Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und unseres hatte noch einen kleinen privaten Pool dabei.

Das Badezimmer war offen also hatte keine fenster und somit konnten leicht Insekten rein. Wenn man die Dusche einmal benutzt hat musste die nachste Person 15min warten um auch heiß duschen zu können. Frühstückabfrage ist etwas nervig wenn man am Tag davor immer sagen soll was man essen will und um wie viel Uhr. Frühstücks Auswahl ist auch nicht groß aber lecker.

Staffs are great, cleanliness are good, location is a bit far from Monkey Forest.

The Breakfast was supposed to be included in the room but when you are there they charged you for granola etc. It would have been better to let the customers know beforehand that the breakfast is not included.

1. Hot shower is only for five minutes. 2. Pillows are so hard that neck pain is there. 3. A long mirror is missing. 4. Breakfast is not at my expectation. 5. I request for laundry, I even explained to the front office lady where the cloth was dirty but stain remained unwashed.

Besetningen var hyggelige, og prøvde sitt beste.

Vi fikk feil rom enn det vi hadde booket. Det var sånn det begynte. Vi ble tilbud flytende frokost som kompensasjon(vi hadde allerede frokost inkludert). Kjøkkenet hadde ikke utstyrt kjøkken etter beskrivelse. Hvis vi hadde hatt med oss frukt inn, hadde vi ikke engang en kniv til og dele det med. Vasken på Kjøkkenet er noe av det mest skitne jeg har sett, samme med skapet under vasken, fult av sopp. Etter og bare ha vært åpent i et år så lar de det forfalle extremt fort. Det var spindelvev i taket, og i hyllene, de har kun vasket gulvene og ikke Tørket støv på utrolig lenge. Vi forble positive og prøvde og legge det bak oss. Vi skulle nå til resuranten hvor maten kun er "ok". Jeg har aldri sett et være toalett enn det det var på der inne. Det var så lenge siden de hadde vasket og tørket støv der, at maurene hadde begynt og lage en maurtue. Helt sinnsykt at det skal gå ann på et sted som reklamere for "luxus". Itillegg står det i beskrivelsen at de spesialiserer seg på buffet og a la carte. Buffet har dem ikke engang, og halve menyen har dem ikke råvarer til. Utrolig og meget skuffende sted. Styr langt unna, det fins så mange bedre steder enn dette i ubud.

Amazing stay in Ubud and highly recommended

Absolutely the most down to earth and friendly staff, beautiful room, bath and pool. The food was also amazing. Everything was perfect.
