This property is a combination of two updated 1920s homes including a cozy bungalow and an accommodating classic cottage, both of which are brimming with character. Dine indoors at the intimate table for two (perfect for rainy day board or card games) or indulge in an alfresco experience outside on your furnished patio. Back indoors, recline on the comfortable sofa bed and stream all your favorite TV channels into the evening.
The stylish and very inviting cottage boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare mealtime masterpieces for your entire group. Dine at the adjacent table (ideal for rainy day board games) or meet up in the furnished sunroom for an alfresco experience within view of the water. Back indoors, the comfortable living area offers a plush sectional sofa and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts. This home also includes your very own washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
