Guests will have the entire home as well as access to the neighborhood amenities including two outdoor pools just up the street (open seasonally), the clubhouse, playground, and walking trail! We also have TWO KAYAKS at the home you all will be able to use during your stay (after signing a waiver).

Branson Canyon is a beautiful little vacation neighborhood conveniently located just 10-20 minutes from all the Branson activities you will want to enjoy! However, Branson Canyon offers plenty for your group to do by just staying put! The neighborhood has not just one pool but TWO POOLS just up the street from the house. They are open during the summer months (mid-May to late September). For those who have difficulty with stairs, the ZERO ENTRY to the pool makes entering the water oh-so easy and for those looking for adventure the second pool features a POOL SLIDE!
For kiddos needing to burn off some energy, the KIDS' PLAYGROUND will be the perfect spot to hang out or go for a walk on the neighborhood WALKING TRAIL through the woods! We came into the Branson area to specifically spend the weekend with various family coming in from multiple states, and spend some time on Table Rock Lake. It’s hard to get us all together sometimes and this house fit us perfectly!
We could not have asked for a better home that allowed our large family to either all fit in one space to enjoy our dinner and board games…to having the ability to spread out in our own corners to enjoy the hot-tub, play video games, play a games of pool, or just enjoy the outdoors and clubhouse area with the pools.
It’s absolutely close to anything and everything! .
Although we stayed around the house and enjoyed the lake mostly, this house and the surrounding property has more than enough amenities to keep you entertained.
We will definitely be back!

The property is very nice, everything was clean and working properly. Our family enjoyed the property very much and would stay again. There were 14 of us and the property had enough room for all without feeling crowded.

Loved the property, worked well for our family. Plenty of bedrooms that were separated from each other to give some privacy. Location was excellent to where we wanted to go. The pools and splash pad were a hit everyday we was there. Kitchen was well stocked and fit our needs. Two large refrigerators was a bonus. Plenty of supplies, coffee filters, trash bags, towels.

We had stayed with our own family and extended family. The house is very comfortable and the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in. Child safety was very much taken into account, which is an awesome bonus. Check in and out was very easy. The house would be great for warmer weather trips as well since it is right by a lake. The neighborhood was lovely and there was easy access to everything Branson has to offer.

Our huge family had a great time in this house. It had enough rooms and space to accommodate all of our needs. Had some small issues with water pressure on the main and second floor but notified owners of the issue, hence the 4 star rating. The owners were very nice too! Hopefully we get to utilize this place again for our next gathering.

Our stay began with a very warm welcome from the owners: cookies and a welcome note. Our group had a wonderful time at this property. The game room was a huge hit, and the first floor living area was comfortable too. The only room for improvement would be cleanliness: the coffee table was layered with dust and the carpeting on the stairs clearly hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. I never felt comfortable going barefoot. This was my first Vrbo rental, so maybe my expectations were unrealistic. Overall a great location, a cozy place to stay and fit our needs.

This is our 2nd time staying in this home. It works well for the number of family members we have joining us on our Girls Getaway Weekend. Everything we needed was available as stated on the VRBO info for this home. We had a smaller than usual group this year because of the weather and our check out was a bit of a challenge, but the host was in contact with us to make sure our exit was easy and safe.

Our large family really enjoyed this beautiful home. We had 8 adults and 6 children. The only problem we encountered was sleeping space for the children as they all wanted to sleep in the same room. There were 4 twin beds in the kids room but no room to set up an air mattress on the floor. We could have utilized the pull out couch in the game room downstairs however we spent most of our evenings hanging out there. We really enjoyed the community pool, the arcade games, the game room in the basement, and the hot tub. We also enjoyed the location of the house and it only being a 10-15 drive to get to the Branson strip. Two refridgerators also helped accomadate our large group.

Nice house and wonderful hosts. They helped us whenever we contacted them. All the kids had plenty to do. House was not good for elderly with bad knees wanting to sit outside and watch grandchildren play. A lot of houses are rentals in this neighborhood and this one is steep. Also to note the patio and grill are on the side of house not in the back so you will be sitting outside next to the neighbors in their hot tub.

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was clean, plenty of room for our big group, and it was close to Branson. Just an awesome place and we made great memories here! Would stay again! My only negative comment would be that it says sleeps 18. We originally had 17 in our group and there was an additional fee if you had over 16. We did have one grandchild not come and they refunded us for the extra person but I just thought if it sleeps 18 it would all be included in the initial fee.

House was perfect for our extended family mini vacation. We had a range of children from infant to teenagers and there was plenty for all of them to do. (The 5 year old was even upset that he had to leave the Lego table to go to Silver Dollar City!) I loved that the bedrooms are spread out enough that we all had privacy, and the memory foam mattresses were sooo comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

We meet our friends for a little reunion/getaway here and had PLENTY of space for 5 adults and 5 kiddos! The owners were very easy to communicate with and made us feel right at home. The space had everything we needed and then some! The community pool was nice and so were the grounds. We would HIGHLY recommend staying in the Roberts' home to anyone!

I was trying to coordinate a trip for 12 people in total, we couldn’t seem to figure out our times. Scott worked with me about early check and late check out and was always responsive to my questions in a timely manner. He was great to work with and their house was incredible to stay at. The house is well laid out on 3 levels. Our family makeup was 9 adults and 6 children--plenty of room. Scott was quick to response to several small issues. The Branson Canyon neighbor is a short drive into Branson. While Silver Dollar City and shows are the main attractions, we discovered College of the Ozarks--a unique college where students do not pay tuition but work on campus. There is an excellent museum and a top-notch restaurant located in the Keeter Center.

We had such a wonderful time at this property. Our children had such a blast with so many things to do! Since we have 4 children they didn't have to take turns on anything because each one has something to play or explore. They keep asking if we can go back. I highly recommend this place not only for the amenities but the beds were so soft and welcoming. We all had one of the best nights rest we have ever had. It's so quiet you can hear the birds singing in the morning. A relaxing and fun place for anyone.

Property manager was easy to communicate with and would definitely look to stay there again next time in the Branson area.

Our group of 9 really enjoyed staying here for Christmas! The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was clean and hot, the kitchen is stocked with plenty of plates/cups/silverware and cookware. It was nice having a large table that everyone can fit at for family dinners and game nights. We definitely recommend this home for your next Branson vacation!

We stayed here on a trip to Branson to see the lights. Everything was as listed, we had a few hiccups with check in and things not working but the property managers were quick to respond, and/or resolve appropriately.
Overall we had a great stay and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the games, all the rooms and hot tub!

We enjoyed our short weekend getaway with family. There were 11 of us and this house was PERFECT! We had 5 couples and each couple had their own room and bathroom. We all had room to spread out throughout the house and to gather together. Everything was within 25-30 minutes!
