The open living/dining room is spacious and bright, featuring comfortable and beautiful furnishings, including a dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). It has an exit leading to the balcony. There is one double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as an exit to the balcony. Additionally, there is one room with two beds and another room with one bed.

The kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine.
