The third upper floor, also reached by a ladder, features a living/dining room on two levels with a dining table and digital TV, as well as access to a patio. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with an exit leading to the garden. There is also a separate toilet on this level.
