Unit Layout
The villa is a 3-room property spanning 100 square meters across two levels, featuring a modern design after undergoing a full renovation in 2021. On the main level, you'll find a living/dining room with a sliding door leading to a terrace, as well as a panoramic window and a double sofabed (140 cm). This level also includes one double bedroom with its own access to the terrace and a satellite TV. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with an exit leading to the terrace. A shower, bidet, and WC are also located on this level. Upstairs, there is an additional room with two beds and a satellite TV, along with another shower, bidet, and WC.
Amenities Included
The villa offers several amenities to enhance your vacation experience. It features air-conditioning and forced-air heating (available at an extra cost), ensuring a comfortable stay during any season. The floors are beautifully finished with natural stone throughout. Outdoor spaces include two large terraces measuring 25 square meters each, as well as a smaller terrace, all equipped with terrace furniture, an electric barbecue (portable), and four deck chairs. From these spaces, you can enjoy a marvelous panoramic view of the lake, mountains, and the resort. Additional amenities include a washing machine, hair dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access.

The villa is a non-smoking property, and the reserved parking space provided is suitable for small cars only, as the entry gate is 190 cm wide. Larger vehicles can be parked outside the gate. The villa offers a maximum capacity of six guests, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. While the property features modern furnishings and renovations, it retains a cozy and inviting ambiance, making it an ideal choice for a memorable vacation in the area.
