Ffynnonddewi is a large family-friendly residence nestled within the idyllic farmyard setting of West Wales' stunning countryside and has been furnished to evoke the sense of a true home away from home.
It boasts a half-acre private garden, an adjacent field, and a discreetly tucked-away stream to the right of the garden.The south-facing private garden serves as a tranquil sanctuary, where you can unwind after a day of exploration or simply bask in the peacefulness.
Ffynnonddewi is ideally located near the village of Cenarth, situated alongside the River Teifi, and is renowned for the captivating Cenarth Falls. Meanwhile, Abercych boasts a rich historical heritage dating back to ancient times and sits within the Cych valley.
Both of these charming locales are in close proximity to the historic town of Newcastle Emlyn, known for its abundance of shops, restaurants, pubs and essential amenities, making it a convenient hub for embracing the delights of rural living.

Conservatory: 3-seater sofa, table and Welsh settle overlooking garden
Porch: great space for dogs to sleep at night and to store muddy boots, fridge freezer
OUTSIDE
Very large enclosed rear south facing garden with slate outside table and chairs, BBQ and level lawn. Small hidden away stream to the right of the garden, please ensure children are supervised. Farmyard parking for at least 3 cars.
