Located in the center of Étel, 2 minutes' walk from the shops and children's beach, this house is the ideal place for a quiet, rejuvenating stay, where everyone can enjoy their leisure activities in complete safety.
You'll love this magnificent, comfortably furnished village house, ideally nestled in the heart of Étel town centre. It is spacious and can accommodate 8 people.
The ground floor is organised around a vast living room that extends into the dining area and kitchen, opening onto the charming courtyard. The lounge has a cosy, hushed ambience for moments of peace and quiet.
Upstairs are three beautiful master suites (with queen-size beds), each with its own bathroom and a landing with a sofa bed.
On the garden side, you can enjoy the calm and relaxing courtyard, ideal for family meals and late summer evenings around a barbecue.
The children's beach is 100 m from the house.

The region
On the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, Étel is first and foremost an old tuna fishing port. Here, the pride of seafarers is no myth. It's also a charming village with a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops that give the area a real charm. Then there are the beaches and the famous Étel bar, a delicate passage marking the entrance to the superb Ria d'Étel.
The region boasts immense beaches in the heart of unspoilt wild dunes, popular in all seasons. It is also a region rich in megalithic sites. On foot, take advantage of the many hiking trails to discover and stroll among the dolmens and tumuli. Discover the megalithic site of Kerzerho (Erdeven) and its stone giants, or the spectacular dolmen of Crucuno, and let yourself be carried away by the mysterious atmosphere of the place! A few kilometres away, Carnac is a megalithic must-see. You can cycle to Erdeven, Plouharnel or even Quiberon along the greenway.
If you're a fan of beaches and surfing, you'll love the beaches in the region.
As you head up the Ria d'Etel, don't miss the charming village of Saint-Cado and its famous house with blue shutters. Nearby towns include Belz, Auray, Plouharnel, Quiberon, Carnac, La Trinité sur Mer and Vannes.
