The 63 sqm three-room holiday apartment for max. 4 people is located separately in the basement of a residential building on the owner's 800 sqm residential property in a quiet yet central location. The Baltic Sea beach, shops, restaurants and railway station are all within a radius of just 300 metres. The apartment, modernised in 2018, is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio), a separate kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, freezer, various kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is a furnished outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities and a garage where bicycles can also be stored. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels as well as water and energy consumption. Internet (W-LAN) is also available (no high-speed). The Ostseebad Bansin is subject to visitor's tax.
The seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are the so-called imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. They have wide sandy beaches, piers with jetties and are connected by a promenade that leads to the Polish town of Swinoujscie, with bicycle, boat and beach chair hire, tennis courts and a network of well-signposted hiking trails. A modern water park, the Ostseetherme, is centrally located between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes.
