In the very bright and spacious living room there is a 1.5 sofa bed. The living room is open plan and on one side is the fully equipped kitchen and the dedicated dining area with table and chairs. From the windows of the kitchen lounge you can see glimpses of the village, the church of Santa Croce and a little further in the distance the bell tower with the village clock.The flat is located in the old part of the village in a quiet area and close to everything (shops, bars, restaurants. The nearest beach and port are only 150 metres away. The railway station is only 500 metres away.
The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for linen.. City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights

Arrival between 18:00 and 22:00 is subject to 25 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
If you arrive by train, it is an easy 10-minute walk to the seafront from Monterosso train station. If you arrive by car, there is a public car park called Loreto Parking just 300 metres from the flat. The rate is €25 per day for the first two days and then €10 per day from the third day onwards.
