The ocean villa is intended to be a holiday home so we have planned board games, outdoor games such as beach volleyball, water polo cages, inflatable games for the swimming pool, darts, badminton, buckets and shovels for the little ones in the completely sandy garden. There are a few books and two tourist guides to the Basque country and southern Landes.
DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA:
The house is made up of spaces for sharing and conviviality (the large terrace around the swimming pool, the swimming pool, the garden, the large living room (kitchen/dining room/living room), and spaces conducive to isolation 4 bedrooms (including 2 master suites) each with its own little outdoor relaxation area with its deck chair and bistro table, 3 bathrooms, 5 toilets
The ground floor of the villa consists of a living room: living room/dining room/very friendly and fully equipped open kitchen. This main room is surrounded by large bay windows overlooking the swimming pool, the moor and the terrace.
On the side, a master suite 1 (160 bed, shower room + WC) and a shared WC complete this level.
The first floor consists of a shared WC, a master suite 2 (160 bed, desk, shower room, WC), a double bedroom 3 with a 160 bed (or two 80 single beds) with access direct to the Bathroom (bath + large shower 140 + WC), a large bedroom 4 dormitory type with 6 beds 90 two or two bunk, a sofa bed (160), two desks and a large flat screen. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 open through a bay window onto the balcony/terrace with a deck chair and a small bistro table. The dormitory has its terrace with its own garden furniture with a magnificent view of the moor.
Bedroom 4 is intended to be an “independent” space from the rest of the house for young adults or teenagers.
A family home with two refrigerators, a freezer, large tables that can accommodate up to 16 guests. And the kitchen equipment is suitable.
THE CONDITIONS :
During the entire stay, you can contact me by phone at any time.
Weekend reservations possibility of arriving in the morning on the 1st day and leaving in the evening at the end of the afternoon on the last day. Do not hesitate to ask.
For weekly rentals, household linen is provided: sheets + towels + bath mats + kitchen towels
The villa is non-smoking. Music outside is prohibited. The house is not intended to serve as a dance hall.
