It has recently been renovated into a full living suite, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room with electric fireplace/mantle/tv, dining area, full bathroom/shower, waterfront patio with amazing water views, and a very comfy queen-sized murphy bed that maximizes the floor space during the day and then easily turns the space into a bedroom at night.
