About this house rental
The Jasmine House is a fantastic classic beach cottage. Centrally located in Wrightsville Beach, the house is just a short walk from both the famous Johnnie Mercer pier, and the bustling downtown shops and restaurants on the island!
The lower level of the duplex has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably, and has 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay, and the backyard also has sitting areas for get together and is a terrific place to watch our wonderful sunsets.
Just 3 houses down you will find the public sound access that is a perfect put in spot for kayaks or stand up paddle boards. One block in the other direction you will find yourself standing at the beach access!

Additional Amenities:
Pet friendly (additional charge of $250 for 1 dog and $400 for 2), YouTube TV, Extra TV, Reverse Osmosis water filter, Internet, Washer/dryer is shared by upper and lower unit, outdoor shower, 2 car parking (small to medium size cars)
Restrictions:
- Mail/ Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Please call our office for instructions to have mail/packages sent to the specific beach office for your rental.
- Parking for 2 cars - small to medium size cars work best and
large trucks/suvs may not fit (please call our office if you have
any questions)
- No Smoking anywhere on premises
- Summer Season Saturday check-in only
