Whether it's Zion, Brian Head, or Bryce Canyon you've come to see, this spacious and comfortable Cedar City home places you in the center of it all. It's a day-tripper's haven, with a shaded back patio, your very own putt-putt green, and a community aquatic center waiting to welcome you home. Seasonal local events include the Summer Games, and the Shakespeare Festival!
This home is located near the heart of Cedar City, within a mile or so of Southern Utah University and an assortment of restaurants and conveniences. You'll be less than half a mile from the Cedar City Aquatic Center, where you'll have free passes to access the pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Zion National Park (17 miles), Brian Head Resort (33 miles), and Bryce Canyon National Park (80 miles) are all within easy striking distance as well.
After a day spent out and about, come home to sip a cold drink in the porch swing out back, light the gas grill for dinner, and try your hand at putt-putt with your kids. Inside, the expansive, open living space is centrally air-conditioned for your comfort. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen that's a natural gathering space, a formal dining room, and a living room with soft seating and a smart TV (please use your own accounts for streaming).
In the evenings, leave the day's clothes to spin the washer/dryer and retreat to the soothing jetted bathtub in the primary bathroom.

This was a very nice property and close to everything. We had an abundance of towels, soap, etc. -all that we needed. Nice layout to dine or have coffee in the front without bothering the people in the rest of the house. Backyard was pretty private. We would definitely stay again.
