About this house rental
A quick bike ride into the village /or beach and the home comes with 2 bikes and 4 beach chairs. Note: Car beach pass is not required 9/15-5/15 Private gated tennis and pickleball court with keyed entry on the same quiet street. The shops are world class and the restaurants are both NYC favorites and Southampton favorites.
There are two outdoor entertaining and relaxing areas — a covered porch with large u- shaped couch and a teak dining table which seats 8, There is a second seating area outside the dining room with an outdoor fireplace and 3 Kingsley- Bates teak couches with Navy cushions.
There 2 indoor fireplaces and one outside for night time enjoyment. There is a separate downstairs living room and fireplace with kitchen bedroom, bath and wine room. There are 2 full size washer and dryers— one W/D upstairs on the second floor for added convenience and the second W/D on the lower level.
The finished lower level offers privacy for guests or nanny with their own living area,complete with 2nd kitchen. This home has a first floor bedroom en-suite for guests who may prefer to stay on one level, 2 en-suites on the 2nd floor and the 4th en-suite on the lower level.
