The Space:
Enjoy a stylish experience in the exclusive Polanco District in the heart of Mexico City, just a few steps from Masaryk Avenue. There, you’ll find some of the most posh shopping and dining in the world. You can dine at phenomenal restaurants, shop luxury boutiques and shopping malls, peruse museums, sip lattes in a cafe, or indulge in a spa day. Everything you could dream of is here.

The 5th-floor apartment offers a modern, comfortable, and luminous space featuring five bedrooms. Two have double beds, and the third and fourth rooms each have two double beds. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with TVs in every room and a desk where you can work or study if you need to! Of course, there is WiFi throughout the apartment.

There is a private terrace where you can have a morning coffee and soak up some sun and fresh air. When you don’t feel like going out to eat, there’s a fully equipped open kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare your favorite meals. In it, you will find a Maïm water filter for hot or cold purified water any time you need it.

We also have a private laundry area just outside the apartment where you can wash your clothes if you require it.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment, except for the owner’s closet, which is locked and off-limits to guests.

Polanco's is a gorgeous blend of tranquility and urban vitality. It's a place where you can enjoy leisurely strolls, indulge in world-class shopping and diverse culinary experiences, and immerse yourself in Mexico City's rich cultural heritage. Polanco is also home to some of Mexico City's most iconic landmarks. Chapultepec Park is one of the largest urban parks in the world, just 1.5 km from the property. You can tour the castle there plus, the neighborhood's unbeatable location ensures easy access to the city, making it an ideal base for both business travelers and tourists.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 19 km (11 miles) from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).

We offer transportation for an extra fee if you're not driving, just contact us in advance to arrange it. You can use authorized taxis in the airport or hire private car services or rideshares like Uber and DiDi in the city. Always agree on the fare before starting the journey and carry local currency (Mexican Pesos) for payment.

The apartment has an indoor parking lot where you’ll have one spot available. The valet/doorman will take your car and park it. If you park outside, just be mindful to pay the parking meter. You need to pay at the parking kiosk first and display your ticket otherwise, the city will immobilize your vehicle with a tire lock.

Please note check out is 10 am. Late check-out with an additional charge can only be confirmed the night before the departure. Extending beyond this time without any advance notice will result in a penalty fee.

- Travelers must be at least 18 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Please note that the maximum capacity is 10, but after the 8th guest, it’s an additional 500 MXN per night per guest.
- Please be mindful of water consumption as there is a critical water shortage in Mexico City.
- The gas alarms are very sensitive. Remember to close the stove and keep a window slightly open.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! You may use the terrace and a proper ashtray, but smoke outdoors only! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Smoking marijuana is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 500 USD fine.
- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR EXCESSIVE NOISE AFTER 8 PM. Please respect the neighbors.
- Please do not attempt to open the owner’s closet. It is to remain locked for the duration of your stay.
- We offer a starter kit with coffee, tea bags, sugar, toilet paper and more. Please note that these are not replenished when they run out.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- To ensure availability, please request baby amenities at least 48 hours before your arrival.
- Moving the furniture is prohibited. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional fee.

Interaction with Guests:
When you arrive, the doorman will let you into the building. The property is accessed using a door code. Any codes and access information will be sent to you before your arrival.
