The Master bedroom offers a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second guest bedroom features a queen bed. The third guest bedroom provides 2 queen-size beds and an ensuite bathroom, and the fourth guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed. Three private bathrooms ensure convenience for all guests.

Please note that the second guest bedroom may become warmer than the others due to its sunny disposition throughout the day and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. Rest assured, we provide fans to help manage the temperature for your comfort.

My guests will enjoy full access to both my apartment and all building amenities, including the guest pool located on the ground floor. Please note that access to the rooftop owner's pool is restricted to owners only.
Additional amenities include a fitness center, a bistro, and an open business center with computers and a printer, valet parking. Access to the beach is effortless via the complimentary shuttle, with beach amenities available for a fee. Each unit is entitled to 2 complimentary beach chairs on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented for a fee. Complimentary pool and beach towels are available for guests and can be obtained at the pool area. Additionally, the building offers a convenient bike rental service for exploring the surrounding area.

1-7 days $28 + tax daily per vehicle

Please be advised that there is a $30 daily resort fee per unit (not per person) charged prior to your arrival to ensure fast and smooth check-in. I appreciate the fee paid at least 24 hours prior to check-in as each reservation is manually registered in the building portal. Failure to pay the fee on time may delay your check-in.

The Owner's front desk will help you with our check-in process upon arrival. The elevator keys are handed by the front desk at check-in. This unit has a smart lock and I will share the access code once the resort fee is paid.

Early check-ins are usually complimentary. Feel free to request the availability in the morning on your arrival day.
Late check-outs can be requested a day prior to your departure and subject to availability. The fee depends on your departure time.
