OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in backyard, propane grill(gas not provided), patio furniture. outdoor fire pit (wood not provided), The Hot tub is $50/day. For both pool & hot tub its $150/day. **Once you have been given access you'll be charged for the duration of your stay.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Crock-Pot, spices
GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, pool towels
PARKING: Driveway (4 cars), Garage (2 cars), two RV driveways on each side of the house, street parking available

Locked cabinet in garage for cleanings supplies and locked closest downstairs for cleaning supplies

Lake Havasu has many taxi's along with Uber and Lift.
Other Things to Note:
The Hot tub is $50/day. For both pool & hot tub its $150/day; pool takes about 6 hours to heat. **Once you have been given access you'll be charged for the duration of your stay.

At our vacation rental, we like to provide our guests with some useful supplies as a starter pack, which you can use during your stay. You can find the complete instructions for most everything in our Welcome Book. Please also read the full house rules as well located on the listing page in “house rules” section in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.
No pets allowed on property (No exceptions) $500 fine
