Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 5-room semi-detached house with a total area of 80 square meters spread across two levels. The house features a bright and practical furnishing. The living/dining room is equipped with a dining table, TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and dining. Additionally, there is an exit leading to the terrace. On the main floor, you will find a room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, two induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on this level.

The third room on this level has two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. There is also a shower, bidet, and WC on the upper floor. Outside, you will find a terrace with furniture for your enjoyment. The house is equipped with additional facilities such as an iron and internet (WiFi, free). A reserved parking space is available. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and there is no lift. The property is registered with the tourism registration number HUTG-049167.
