Spring Tide Cottage is a charming detached bungalow, beautifully renovated throughout and just a five minute walk through woodland to the sandy Glen beach, south of the harbour at Saundersfoot. This pretty seaside village with all the facilities it has to offer is an easy ten minute walk away. Furnished in a contemporary style complimented by the retained traditional features, the large windows and high ceilings makes it light and spacious. The sitting room with large bay windows and sofa is perfect for relaxing and the wood burning stove ensures a cosy feel on the chilliest of evenings. The spacious kitchen/diner provides an ideal social space for the family and opens on to the garden through French doors. The large enclosed, lawned garden beautifully planted with mature trees and flowering shrubs has a paved terrace. This sunny spot gives space for children to play while you enjoy an alfresco meal on the endless balmy summer evenings. The three charming bedrooms make welcome retreats after a busy day.Walk through the woodland to the beautiful Glen beach and round the harbour into Saundersfoot with its bustling shops, pubs and restaurants and a further sandy beach. Children will enjoy crabbing off the harbour wall or why not take a fishing or sightseeing boat trip or try your hand at one of the water sports on offer? For the energetic join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path in 5 minutes and explore this stunning coastline. Follow the tunnels left behind from the railways that served the historical local coal mines, along the coast to the seaside villages of Coppet Hall, Wiseman’s Bridge and Amroth, each with their own beachside pubs and restaurants overlooking Carmarthen Bay. In the other direction lies the medieval walled town of Tenby with a more extensive range of shops and restaurants, as well as 4 glorious sandy beaches and picturesque harbour. A boat trip to the island of Caldey with its Cistercian monks should not be missed.
