The estate is appointed with high end designer finishes and furnishings, an outdoor kitchen, a giant 60ft long swimming pool with cool water features and a large sunken fire pit. This estate is suitable to host corporate gatherings, weddings and private parties.
The property is perfect for those looking to get away somewhere warm, spacious and beautiful. Sited in Bermuda Dunes, this lushly landscaped, palm tree-lined property sits on beautifully maintained sprawling 2.5-acre grounds and offers complete privacy, where guests can relax on poolside chaise loungers or take a break from the sun under a luxurious outdoor covered loggia , grill in a professional covered outdoor kitchen, bake your favorite pizza in an outdoor pizza oven, sip on a cocktail by the giant outdoor sunken fire pit or break a little sweat playing pickle ball or volleyball with your friends and family. The estate boasts 6 large bedrooms all with flat screen Smart TVs, premium mattresses and linens and a gorgeous modern kitchen with a giant center island surrounded by enough chairs to host a large dinner party and have a good time. -WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 10:30AM.
-CAN I REQUEST EARLY CHECK-IN AND/OR LATE CHECK-OUT? Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation for an additional fee, depending on whether or not there are other guests checking out on the day of your arrival or checking in on the day of your departure; our cleaning crew needs at least 5 hours to prepare the property ready for the next guests. If time permits, early check-in fee is $150 and late check-out is $150.
-WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? No. You will be provided with a gate code and a front door lock code.
-DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? We provide a comprehensive cleaning after every check-out. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
If you are interested in pool heat, please let us know and submit payment at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat.

I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, “landlord”) retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I. -CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 50-60 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 84 degrees, we charge a fee of $175/day. Please let us know in advance if you would like pool heating added to your reservation.
-WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? Chateau Giraffe is a fully furnished estate with fully stocked kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. The property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and Keurig capsules, and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry detergent.
-DOES YOUR HOME HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Yes, but we recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker with you, since you can arrange it where you like and is easy to connect to. Music and outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable and respectful volume at all times, regardless of official "quiet hours".
-DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $200 per pet.
