The north side boasts stunning views of Little Lagoon, while the south side offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Ideal for both large and small families, this duplex features a spacious outdoor living and entertainment area, complete with two outdoor showers for rinsing off after a day at the beach. You'll be close to some of the area's most popular attractions, including the iconic Gulf State Park Pier, where you can fish, sightsee, or soak in stunning water views. For a day of excitement, head to Waterville USA for thrilling water rides and the challenging Escape House. When you're ready to relax, Johnnie Sims Park Pavilion offers a peaceful setting for picnics and outdoor gatherings.
Inside, the homes are adorned with colorful and eclectic decor and furniture, creating a whimsical and inviting atmosphere. There are two full kitchens, so you can choose to have meals together or individually. The covered back deck with an outdoor table, an outdoor TV, and a gas grill is the perfect spot to dine alfresco while taking in the beautiful surroundings. With a wide range of amenities, including central air-conditioning, two full-size washers/dryers, outdoor games with beach sand for the kiddos, all the beach gear you can imagine (boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, beach wagons, and more), and WiFi, you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, two full-size washer/dryers provide added convenience.
Before bed, gather around the firepit for a cozy evening with your loved ones.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
