About this apartment rental

Finely renovated apartment with completely wooden interiors in characteristic Ampezzo style. On the first floor of a quiet condominium of only 3 units. Consisting of an entrance corridor leading to a large living room with a spacious dining table for 6 people and an open kitchen. Very comfortable sofa which can become a double bed if necessary. In the living room, a typical majolica stube next to the enormous 4k LCD TV. Kitchen equipped with microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher and everything needed for cooking. The living room leads to the terrace that runs along the entire western facade ensuring sun until sunset. Accessible from the corridor, a comfortable guest bathroom. In the sleeping area we find a spacious double bedroom with a large retractable wardrobe with 6 doors and a second room with 2 bunk beds, also equipped with a 4-door wardrobe. In the spacious bathroom in the sleeping area you will find a retractable washing machine. Part of the property is a cellar in the basement where you can store bikes, skis and snowboards. The apartment has its own external parking space. There is a fixed ADSL line with WiFi, an external monitor for PC where you can connect your laptop to work comfortably. The house is located above the center of San Vito di Cadore, reachable on foot in 5 minutes, where guests can find a supermarket, grocery, pharmacy, bar. 12 km from Cortina d'Ampezzo. Near the Dolomites cycle path. Furthermore, the Neve Sole ski park is just a few hundred meters away and can also be reached on foot.
