The Space:
Located on the most desirable stretch of La Costa Beach, this exquisitely remodeled beachfront villa boasts 50 feet of direct oceanfront, offering unobstructed, panoramic views of the coastline. Its open-concept design features high ceilings, abundant natural light, and a seamless connection to an expansive beachfront deck.
Four well-appointed bedrooms, with premium bedding, Smart TVs, and room-darkening shades.
The Stunning Master includes a King-size bed, a built-in desk with an ocean view, a spacious closet, a pull-out sofa, and a recently remodeled bathroom with a steam shower and premium fixtures. Enjoy ocean views from the private balcony.
The spacious ocean-view kitchen features an open floor plan with high-end Miele appliances and a large island offering abundant counter space and additional seating. Adjacent to the kitchen, a Powder Bath adds convenience. The expansive dining area includes a table for ten, with alfresco seating for six on the oceanfront deck. The living space, bathed in natural light, features stunning beachfront views through large windows, complemented by a cozy fireplace and smart TV.
Washer and Dryer provided in the garage for added convenience.
Concierge Services are available upon request, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.

Located just minutes from Cross Creek, Malibu Country Mart, world-class beaches, hiking, and the finest shopping and dining Malibu has to offer.
Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.
Getting Around:
Sightseeing in Malibu is a feature one should never miss, therefore, we highly recommend having a vehicle while visiting Los Angeles. Since this villa is managed by us, you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your car rental at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Just like our villas all of cars are well optioned vehicles ranging from Black on Black Cadillac Escalades (perfect for families) to a convertible Mercedes (perfect for couples) to a Rolls Royce Dawn to a Lamborghini Urus. Drive Awhile has something for everyone.

Please message our team before booking. Contact the Home Manager first. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies.
In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain neighborhood harmony, we have a few rules in place. Please read each rule description carefully:
1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names prior to booking. Guest list and Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.
2) No pets unless proof of service animal is provided, as required by law.
3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke/vapor/gas detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations (paid by guest). City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.
4) Quiet hours: 9pm to 9am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.
5) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.
6) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.
7) Day of Arrival:
Please let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. This is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us to maintain a secure environment.
8) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.
9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.
This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.
