This was a five day celebration for my 80th birthday, and included all my children and grandchildren and a couple of long-time friends. The house was beautiful, and everything was well-appointed. I took the downstairs bedroom, which has a great sunrise view.

Elisabeth’s place at Greenbank was fantastic! We had a great family gathering with family members ranging in age from 2 years old to 70+! The yard is huge and the beachfront is serene and quiet. The whole yard and area feels secluded. The house has everything you need to stay entertained even if the weather isn’t great and there’s tons of room for everybody to run around!

Our group of three families really enjoyed our stay for many reasons; the location directly on a quiet beach, thoughtfully equipped rooms to gather together to eat, play games, stretch/exercise, relax and reconnect. All the rooms had comfortable beds & luxurious bedding so we all slept well. The views from the hot tub were a big bonus and everyday there was wildlife to see. Thank you to our hosts providing excellent information about the home itself, the surrounding area, places to eat, see and do. Highly recommended!!

From the moment we set foot on this charming property we were captivated by the sweeping views (including Mt. Ranier on a clear day) and beautiful interior. From the spacious and comfortable accommodations to the luxurious linens to the exceptionally curated decor, this property checked all the boxes for our extended family get-together. Even more beautiful than the photos, this property was exactly as promised and fit our needs in every way. The hosts were welcoming but not intrusive, and eager to ensure our stay was exceptional. 10 out of 10 we recommend this property, and 10 out of 10 we will return again!

Elisabeth and Rian were the perfect hosts! They were super responsive anytime we had questions and made the whole process really easy. The property is tucked in a super quiet area in the north part of the Island. We got to see lots of wildlife and enjoy incredible views from the expansive decks, and spend lots of time on the beach. The house has very comfortable beds and ample towels both for the house and for the beach. There was a boathouse with some paddle boards and kites. Although it is technically "beachfront" there is a bit of a steep hill to climb (no steps) to get to and from the beach but we had age ranges between 2yrs old and 78yrs old and nobody had trouble. There is a road right next to the house for community members to use their boats, so someone with mobility issues might choose to take that route to get to the beach instead of the grass hill. The house does have some steps in the entrance and for the dark room which is kind of like a sunken living room, so just note that if you have toddlers you might need to bring a baby gate or watch them very closely. The upstairs does get very warm on sunny days but the downstairs stayed nice and cool the whole time. It had ample space for our group with 3 rooms with queen beds, one king bed in the master, and a room with a double bunk as well as 3.5 baths. Overall this is an excellent property to stay at for small or large groups alike and we would love to come back to visit!
