➢ 4 king beds, 1 sleeper couch, 1 futon, 3 leather couches
➢ Plenty of clothing storage (including large walk-in closet in master bedroom & smaller walk-in closets in other 2 bedrooms)
➢ Desk area with included office supplies, such as pens & notepads
➢ 2.5 bathrooms, including all necessities mentioned above
➢ Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom
➢ Fully stocked kitchen, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, creamer, sugar, & more
➢ Formal dining table with 6 chairs
➢ Informal kitchen table with bench seating (extra stools available as well for extra seating)
➢ Gas fireplace to cozy up by in the cold months
➢ Alarm clocks with USB ports for easy phone charging
➢ Additional linens, pillows, towels, washcloths, & other necessities stored in master bedroom closet & main floor linen closet
Outdoor:
➢ Exclusive access to entire backyard (partially fenced) & front yard
➢ 6-person patio table and chairs (may be removed during the winter months)

Guest access:
You will be able to park up to 2 cars in the attached garage, as well as 2 others in the driveway (while making sure to not fully block the sidewalk). We may have some of our own items in the garage, and we just ask that you please leave these items as they are (as they will largely be out of your way).
You will use a code to enter the house via the front door. This will be your code for the duration of your stay. We ask that all guests enter or leave the property only by the front door or the garage door. There will be a garage door opener provided during your stay too. Any lost or broken garage door openers will incur a $200 replacement fee.
