About this campground/ rv resort rental
Immerse yourself in the peaceful rural atmosphere, while still being close to town and convenient for shopping and activities. Relax and unwind, surrounded by nature and serenity. Whether you are seeking a romantic weekend getaway or a family trip, our serene setting is the perfect choice for your next vacation and with multiple accommodations bring the whole extended family as there is nothing else like it! With 1 cozy studio bedroom and a pullout couch, there is enough room for everyone to relax and unwind. Enjoy this tranquil setting for an outdoor gathering with family or simply soaking up the sunshine. Comfortably sleeping 3-4, this is the ideal spot for your next vacation. Although you will feel like you aren't in the desert with the mature trees and greenery, be cautious of wildlife. It may be pretty but not always friendly. If you see a snake or any other animal please dial 911 watch it from a safe distance and do not touch. Front gate must be closed during your stay there is no lock, this is a shared property with our guest reservations. Head to the back of the property to The Cabin at Sahuarita Village. Front door has a smart door lock. As your host we hope that you enjoy your stay and we are just a few minutes down the road. If you do need anything please feel free to message through the app for the fastest response. Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine, and be mindful of other guests on the property. Please be cautious during your drive. Since this is rural area there are often people riding horses on horseback. If you are on a dirt road you took a wrong turn. This is residential so observe quiet hours between 8pm -8am. A car is recommended as Drive Services are less popular at this location.
Leave beds un-made and place towels on the floor in the bathroom.
Leave house in "broom swept condition" and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage pails.
Pickup is Thursday early morning. Please have out at street Wednesday evening. If you stay during a trash day please place pails at the street and bring in after pickup.
No vehicles parked in the street overnight.
Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.
Air conditioning should be turned to 85 degrees at checkout (summer bookings).
Heat to be set to 50 at checkout (winter bookings).
Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout.
Must place covers on all outdoor furniture on patio prior to checkout or when not in use and prior to departure if applicable.
Please note: When propane tank is provided guests are required to fill up during their stay for use.
Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.
Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly. If you see a snake in the property call 911 and let them know, the fire department will come and remove it.
