I came through GA during the evacuation of FL due to hurricane Milton and it was tough to find a room at all. I've never stayed at a Baymont but this was the only hotel with vacancies. The guy checking everyone in was nice but seemed bored to be there. The door to the room looked like someone had tried to beat it in but it was secure enough. There were stains on the lounge chair and the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I did my usual check for clean linens, bed bugs, and cameras. Everything checked out there. The coffee maker had hair on and in it. The water in the shower was brown when I turned it on and I had to run it for a few minutes but there was good pressure. The lights in the room were weird. I had to figure out which switch turned on the lamps because there were a few that didn't work. The phone also didn't work. The AC was loud and cranky and you could hear the wind from outside whistling in through the unit. Overall, for a place to sleep I guess it was ok. I wouldn't stay here again though. The price should definitely be lower than $100. It was more suited to Motel 6 prices in the $50s.

Horrible stay, blood on the bedspread, multiple stains on the chair. Tried to check out almost immediately was told we would not get a full refund because we were there more than 20 mins!! It definitely wasn’t much longer than 20! We left! Ended up only receiving one night refund! Complete bs!

WE have stayed at several Baymont hotels, This was by far the worst we have stayed at. I realize they are in the midst of rehab, however our room had already been completed. The shower had mold in it and the beds were not only hard and uncomfortable, but the had a metal frames that were noisy even just sitting down on them. I went to get ice and vending, there was none. The breakfast was sparse. Even our daughter commented about the condition. I would not completely disregard the hotel, perhaps after the complete rehab it will be better.

I did not like the fact u could not sit in the lobby. My wife just wanted to wait in the lobby until the room was ready. The hotel representative told her to go outside u cannot wait here. They did nit allow people sitting in lobby at all other then when breakfast was served.

There was a dog barking a few doors down and a couple staying there was always fighting and swearing very loudly this happened all 3 nights we were there and I had my two kids with me and I didn’t appreciate all the swearing and fighting . If it wasn’t for my wife I would of said something and we would of had a problem even the police should up to the hotel several times

Check in was good. Booked a dog friendly suite but when arrived I was told that was not available. We did get a room that was in much need of repair. The pictures on. The web look MUCH nicer then the room we had, but I will say it looked like there might be some renovation going on. Overall it was just ok

Front desk clerks not very friendly, also not happy with them charging a extra fee and then sending a credit. I'll keep a close eye on it and if I don't get the credit I'll be contesting the charge with my credit card issuer. Most hotels just add the charge and then remove it when you leave. If I knew that ahead of time I would have booked another hotel. Also could use some updating and repairs, ac ran loud would not recommend staying here

We requested a handicapped accessible room with a walk in shower because my husband has CP and can not step into tubs very well. We got the room. And yes, a wheel chair could get around, but there was not a sink in the bathroom and the sink they did have was very small, cramped into an area on the outside of the bathroom. Um no thank you! It was smack in line of the door. Also, there was only one chair so one of us was left sitting on the side of the bed. Luckily, we went to bed shortly after getting there and got back up and was on our way.. if we planned to stay more than one night, it would not have been comfortable for one of us. My husband took his shower and in the morning he went in there and there was a bug crawling on the bathroom floor.. The door going into the room did not close properly and looked as if it had been broken into at some point. You could see outside between the door and the frame.

Room was what I excepted for what we paid, no real complaints but for a hotel the water pressure in the shower was oddly aggressive. Not a bad thing by any means just threw me off when I’m used to hotels having hose like water pressure .
