Overall cleanliness of the place was below average. Dust everywhere, old furniture, everything in need of an upgrade. It did not feel like a typical Sheraton. They have these “balconies” that are barely enough to get your body out. The AC is extremely loud and there isn’t an off button for the fan. It works the whole time and it’s impossible to sleep. Jets in hot tub didn’t work for the whole week we were there for. Ice machine was moldy and nothing was done the whole time we were there after we mentioned all this. Had to get ice from restaurant downstairs which also smelled so much like this weird musty/moldy smell. Didn’t go back again after trying once. Parking lot is extremely dark with limited lights and the area is not exactly safe to not care about that. We wanted to be close to a wedding but wouldn’t be back again. This isn’t a 4 star hotel, don’t believe the pictures. It looks and feels a 3 star at best.

Issue with ants in one of the two bedroom suites. Maintenance inspect, and found the ants an assured that there were no bed bugs. No one came with clean sheets, even after multiple requests. On the plus side our breakfast buffet was very good and service was amazing.

The staff is super, especially the lady who checked us in. The amenities were lacking for a Sheraton. Only 1bottle of water for 2 people. No real creamer for coffee. Duvet covers are old, dingy, dated. Blanket inside the duvet was dirty. Bathroom sink was completely broken bottom from top and poorly repaired. Only one washcloth. HVAC unit is LOUD and so is the highway the room is next to.

Had to plan a last minute trip for my grandfathers funeral. We were provided with our room keys, and walked into a stuffy/stale smelling room and it was hot. Turned the AC down, and went to the store. We had only been parked at the hotel for 20 mins and had to pay $18 for parking, which was not mentioned when I booked the room. We returned, unpacked, and then tried to iron our clothes for the funeral and the iron leaked all over my dress. Requested another iron, had to call three times but we were eventually provided with another iron, which also leaked. Meanwhile, the room stayed at 81 degrees. No one was answering the phone, so we had to go down to the lobby. We finally got another room that was cooler than the first one. We still were not pleased but bc of the funeral the next morning, we just had to live with it. Not a single even apologized for all the inconveniences. I will never stay at this hotel again, as it was not a good experience especially when dealing with the emotions of losing my grandfather.

Unfortunately the system was down when we arrived so we didn't get the room we reserved. We stayed in a handicap room which had probably the worst bed I've ever slept in. The staff was amazing and handled even the most disgruntled guests with patience and professionalism. Both young ladies were phenomenal. Apart from the horrific bed and room much more suited for people in a wheelchair than us, it was a very nice stay.

Excellent stay for one night while in town for a wedding. The property seems more recently renovated, the king bedroom was spacious, the lobby and common areas were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The parking lot - which our room overlooked - was a little loud, but overall a great value for the area. Parking is $18/night but includes in and out privileges and is competitive with other spots in the area.

Hotel is nice and clean with a great pool and amazing staff. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds and pillows. The $18 a day for parking is steep especially since there was an arm wrestling tournament at the hotel where they allowed attendees to park for free on one of the days we were staying there.
