The overall cleanliness was lacking. Not horrible, but definitely needed some attention in areas such as the bathroom.

Friendly staff and quiet place

Upon arrival we could see staff in room across from desk but no one at desk. Waited a few minutes before she came in….. no smile, no friendly greeting….continued conversation with another worker checking on work schedule. The ONLY thing she said to us was “Breakfast is 6-9. Stairs are to the right, then left, then right” I asked if there was an elevator (I was walking with a cane which makes stairs with luggage very difficult)….another short answer from her “no”. Checking out this morning, the young man at the desk was equally unfriendly! Asked for a receipt and he seemed like he didn’t know how to print. I said thank you…..”yep” from him. Every other place we stayed on this trip (13 days) asked where we were from, where we were going, made small talk and wished us a safe pleasant trip when we left. We chose this place because it had a favorable rating……..definitely not what we expected. Room was only average and service was far below par. “Hot”Breakfast items were all cold. Would not recommend!

Heres the bad: Bathroom was not clean when I arrived. There was still urine around and on the toilet. There was grime in the tub and jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was peeling and falling apart, but it did work. Bedding had "stains" clearly visible and probably unwashed. Room also had a strange smell like maybe mold? Definitely overpriced for what kind of room I wound up with. Parking lot is super tight, too. Heres the good: The location was nice. Easy to find. Outdoors seemed somewhat clean and maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of towels that seemed clean. Coffee maker worked.

The property is located in a commercial area not much to do or see. The toilet in our room hadn’t been cleaned and there were fingerprints everywhere. Beds were comfortable.

The room was great BUT we were on the 1st floor and the people above us WALKED half the night...loud enough to be bothersome.

We had a good stay.

Comfortable bed, quiet, and nice staff. Wouldn't hurt to put in an elevator but it was a good stay. Will stay here again.

The check-in gal was professional and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lady in charge of the breakfast area was friendly and kept everything stocked and clean. Overall a pleasant experience and I would stay there again.

Old worn out, furniture old worn scratched. One chair in room no table, TV remote not working.

It was very good. Older Days Inn that has been renovated. Our room with one king bed was spacious and clean. Lots of pillows and the beds were comfortable. We would stay again.

Very clean, very friendly customer service. Had a nice hot meal breakfast that came with the room. Very much worth the value. These people did great!

We just needed a quick stop to rest our eyes, checking in at 1am, and were given a room that already had guests in it. Not fun, nor professional. The room we were reassigned was not clean. Hair and toothpaste in the sink. Gross. Will never stay here again. There are other affordable places, we will choose one of them. Staff was hardly apologetic, and walking into someone else’s room at 130am is not acceptable, they should have better technology than that.

Very small bathroom, sink was outside of bathroom and very small - not much room for toiletries. The footsteps on the floor above our room sounded like they’d come right through the ceiling. Very poor soundproofing.
